Really unforgettable stay, as always. Modern place, good beds, excellent staff. Location near to the train stations and the bus stations, Lenin Square and pedestrian zone and the main commercial area. Variety of options, good food.
Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The place is spotless and the room is super cozy and charming. It's cool that there's a bus stop nearby, making getting around easy. If you're up for some tea and snacks, check out the Asia Panasian Café just a stone's throw away! ☕

My xmas stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. the complementary breakfast buffet was decent and the location of the hotel was close to several key attractions which made travelling easy. I really enjoyed the view from the upper floors which gave me the opportunity to appreciate the city from a different perspective.
I must say the hotel's facilities looked worn-out and quite old. the heating system was not efficient enough, and even though it was winter, I expected some warmth.

The best aspects of my Christmas stay at this hotel were the comfortable and clean rooms. the beds were cozy and the rooms were well-maintained, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel's central location was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently located near the train and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city.
The worst aspects of my Christmas stay were the lack of dining options at the hotel. the restaurant seemed to be closed during my visit, which was disappointing as I was hoping to enjoy a nice meal onsite.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train and bus stations and a nice park with a lakeside restaurant. the renovated rooms, double glazing, and newly installed lift make for a comfortable stay. the receptionists speak a bit of English and are efficient. Free parking in front of the hotel is a plus.
The hotel doesn't offer meal options and breakfast wasn't impressive.

I loved how close this hotel was to the railway station. It made it so easy for me to access transportation and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the train station was. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was amazing, and I enjoyed it in a charming café located near the station. Lastly, the staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful during my stay.
Nothing to fault, this hotel was great and I had zero issues during my stay.

The hotel is in a great location, especially if you have an early train to catch. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Central Station, making it very convenient. I loved the attention to detail in the hotel. The display of pictures of honored guests from the past added a unique touch and made the stay more memorable. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. Their English proficiency was a plus, making communication easy. Despite being a basic hotel, the rooms were great and well-maintained. The amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The wifi signal in the rooms was not strong enough, and I had to go to the lobby for a better connection. It would be great if the hotel could improve the wifi coverage in the rooms.

The hotel had a great location, very close to the train and bus stations. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with double glazing to keep out noise from the street. We enjoyed the fact that the lobby had a vintage Soviet feel, with portraits of famous celebrities lining the walls.
The breakfast was not very impressive, so we decided to skip it. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room with tea and coffee provided.
